Heating and Cooling IN-HOME Sales Job Opening in Ashford, Connecticut - ainline Home Energy Systems. is a multi-state HVAC contractor, and we are looking for a residential heating & cooling salesperson in the Ashford, CT (and surrounding towns) area.
This person must be: professional, highly motivated, and organized. Solid communication skills are a must. Experience in heating and cooling is preferred, however training is available for those with a solid sales background. This role is full-time and offers competitive benefits, $25,000 base salary + commission, and has great opportunities for personal and professional growth.
This job features a commission based pay structure with unlimited earning potential. Leads are provided - which means that "cold calling" and self cultivation are encouraged but typically not required.
