Technical Support Job Opening in chicago, Illinois - Technical Support Technical Support Representative Parts Town is one of the nation�s fastest growing distributors serving the food service industry. Our parts are used in the maintenance and repair of commercial cooking equipment. Parts Town customers include chain restaurants as well as service companies that repair restaurant equipment. In addition to providing parts and accessories to our customers we also offer basic technical support and parts identification. Parts Town is currently interviewing for an entry level position to support our parts identification program. A background in basic electrical and mechanical repair is preferred but not necessary. The ability to read an exploded parts diagram and bilingual with Spanish is a must. This position requires a passion for servicing customers and a willingness to go the extra mile to delight our customers. Parts Town has great opportunities for advancement.
