RN/ LPN Full/Part time Job Opening in Hobart, Indiana - Sebos Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, a skilled nursing facility located in Hobart, Indiana currently has openings for: Experienced RN's/ LPN's for Full time openings on the Day and Night shifts. Part time openings are available on all three shifts.

These positions require the following:
*RN's/ LPN's with current Indiana nursing license in good standing
*Recent experience as a nurse in a skilled healthcare facility
*Excellent assessment, clinical and supervisory skills
*Must be familiar with the med pass and the documentation requirements in skilled nursing
*Should be able to work in collaboration with the nursing team
*Must be able to work scheduled hours including some weekends and Holidays.
*Solid work history
