Accountant Job Opening in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania - Accountant & Sales Support
CINIC Chemicals America, LLC is seeking an Accountant & Sales Support to join our team at the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania office.
The ideal candidate is able to work in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform general accounting functions, including general ledger, month-end closing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and bank reconciliations
Entering all vendor/customer invoices into Sage
Monthly reconciliation of credit cards
Process payments and transactions in Sage
Process expense reports
Process commission statements
Assist customer service manager with order processing, consignment invoicing and inventory reconciliation
Special projects as needed
Qualifications:
5+ year experience in
Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or Business preferred, equivalent work experience and education will be considered.
Strong expertise with Excel and Sage or similar ERP system
Extremely organized
Effective interpersonal skills, a customer-service focus and the ability to work as a member in a team-oriented environment
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Upon offer, selected candidates will be required to pass a background screening, a credit check and pre-employment physical and drug test.
