Full Charge Bookkeeper Job Opening in Bloomington, Illinois - Mclean County Orthopedics is currently recruiting for an experienced Bookkeeper.
Responsibilities:
The Bookkeeper will report directly to the CEO, and be responsible for the financial bookkeeping of an orthopedic practice. Tasks include but are not limited to:
Posting all General Ledger entries
All functions of accounts payables and accounts receivables
Preparation and processing of all checks, receipts, and electronic remittances
Preparation and processing of all invoices
Bank and credit card reconciliations, including lockbox activities
Data entry
Payroll processing, and related reporting requirements
Maintenance of accurate customer profiles
Providing customer support
Filing and organizing
Assisting with annual audit
Creating and generating reports as needed
Assisting with the budgeting process as needed
Requirements :
5-10 years of bookkeeping experience preferred
Strong Knowledge of accounting principles
Proficient user of QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel and Word
Very strong attention to detail and accuracy
