XML experience Job Background Utilities in Texas and other states administer energy efficiency programs that involve paying incentives to electricity and gas utility customers and contractors that install energy efficient products. There are standards for participation affecting everything from who installs equipment/materials under the programs, to how projects are inspected and energy savings are reported. Over 20 utilities have adopted an online system, developed by Frontier Associates, to support their program administration. Program participants and the utilities use the web application for submitting and processing applications, reporting installations, calculating savings, sampling sites for inspection, adjusting savings according to inspection results, and performing final invoice processing. Frontier manages over 60 such web among our utility clients. The Web developer -- Entry Level position includes the testing, coding and some bug fixing for the EnerTrek products. Responsibilities include reviewing the codes, technical requirements and the other support documents; and end to end testing. The ideal candidate will be highly self-motivated and have a strong passion for technology and skill expansion.
