Apartment-Quest is expanding and currently looking for the right apartment locators who truly knows how to work a lead and can close the deal. Way too many call for the agents to handle and we need some help. We are looking for 4 full time, (EXPERIENCED preferred, but not necessary), agents to join Austin's newest apartment locating company. Benefits include: -Generous commission splits up to 90%(avg $30K-$60K w/ potential to make $10k a month) -Quality leads provided daily (no more spending 3 hours a day posting ads!) -Minimum of 6 hour phone shifts 5 days a week.(at least 30 hours of only you getting the calls!) -2 days off per week(with the option to pick up extra shifts) _Only 3 agents per team to work the phones with(higher & steady incoming call ratio) -Supportive team (available at all times) -In house invoicing & collection -Member of ABOR - Work from home (no more desk fees or running to get on the white board) - Full one on one training provided Agents must be self-motivated, have a positive attitude, be organized, hardworking, have a desire to succeed and have the ability to work from home. You should be able to multi task with the ability to handle a high number of customers at the same time. Be professional & communicate well in person, over the phone and through email. Real estate experience is a plus including apartment locators, apartment leasing agents/managers, Real estate sales agents or other customer service/sales experience.
