Commercial Maintenance Tech Job Opening in houston, Texas - Commercial Maintenance Tech Regional facility maintenance company is looking for Facility Maintenance Technicians to service clients in the Houston area. We are looking for one Tech. for North Houston and one for South Houston. Must be proficient in carpentry, basic plumbing, basic electrical, drywall, flooring, basic mechanical (doors, etc.), and painting. Job size varies from small time and materials up to medium bid jobs. We prefer someone who has worked in commercial service rather than residential construction as you will be dealing with commercial clients in stores and restaurants. Work orders are computer based so you must have and be able to use a computer and a scanner. You must also turn in paperwork quickly as that is how we invoice our clients and pay Technicians. We are hiring in several metros so please send your resume with a summary of experience and what office you are applying for.
