Full-time Bookkeeper @ Real Estate Investment Fund Job Opening in Scottsdale, Arizona - High volume Real Estate Investment Firm currently has an opening for a full time Bookkeeper. We specialize in buying and selling investment Real Estate in Arizona and Dallas TX. We are in the process of expanding into new out of state markets as well. We are looking for an experienced accounting specialist. In this position you will need to be very exceptional math skills, efficient, great with people, computer savvy, and able to multi-task. Key Responsibilities:
Billing and Collections
Receive, process, and deposit payments
Reconcile bank and credit card statements
Thorough knowledge of QuickBooks
Reconciliation of account balances
Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual Financial Statements
Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual payroll reports
Ability to maintain accurate records.
Maintain an orderly accounting filing system
Post information to accounting software, provide financial reports and information
Soft Skills Needed For Success:
Detail-oriented with ability to multitask when needed
Excellent communication, reading, typing and writing skills and customer service abilities
Self-starter, strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and follow-up
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining excellent quality standards

Salary: $36,000.00 to $60,000.00 /year
