Senior Bookkeeper/Accountant Job Opening in Scottsdale, Arizona - Wagner Financial Services is a Scottsdale financial firm serving individuals and small to medium size businesses with bookkeeping, accounting, payroll and wealth management services. We are a small firm that is growing and looking for people to grow with us.
We are searching for a Senior Level Bookkeeper. Responsibilities include accounting for businesses using various software packages, inputting financial data for tax returns and consulting work.
Job duties include:
Perform accounts payable including classifying expenses, invoice reconciliation and printing checks
Prepare invoices
Enter cash receipts
Enter deposits
Process online banking transactions
Reconcile bank accounts (checking, credit cards and lines of credit)
Prepare journal entries
Reconcile general ledger accounts
Prepare financial statements
Required knowledge, skills and abilities:
Bookkeeping experience (minimum 2 years)
Proficiency in QuickBooks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Salary: $35,000.00 to $55,000.00 /year
