Immediate opening for Associate Sales Representative. Rapidly growing Durable Medial Equipment Sales Company is seeking sales staff in Anchorage, AK.
Responsibilities include: Sales, customer contact, product requesting from warehouse.

Position summary:
The Associate Sales Representative will be primarily responsible for preparing all aspects of full-line Sales Representative accountabilities by promoting our products to a sophisticated audience comprised of surgeons and healthcare professionals. This will be achieved by increasing sales through assisting the sales teams and building own accounts by means of working with existing customers as well as identify new customers in order to grow their Territory. The Sales Representative will be responsible for communicating with current and new customer accounts regarding a variety of topics including product updates, changes to product portfolio and educational programs. The Associate Sales Representative will learn or hone selling skills and processes by coaching/mentoring support from Sales.
Qualifications:
Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
Must be able to communicate with large groups of people
Must be able to communicate telephonically and with electronic means (i.e., e-mail, texts, etc.)
Must be able to use common office equipment (e.g. fax, modem, calculator, PC, etc.)
Must have a valid driver?s license
Must be able to readily solve customer complaints
Must have fundamental command off all products and be able to disseminate this knowledge to the customers
Must be able to analyze territory market potential prioritize call patterns accordingly
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills
2-5 years in an outside sales position (medical related fields preferred)
Associates degree or B.A. degree required
Field Sales training
Must be comfortable in emergency/operating room environments
Be available for ?on call? as determined by Management
Experience in building and maintaining relationships (surgeons and hospitals in respective areas would be beneficial)
Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Meet or exceed territory sales objectives to reach product category and in target accounts; meet or exceed territory market share objectives
Establish and maintain strong business relationships with prospective and existing customers
Develop and implement sales strategies
Maintain expert knowledge in Orthopedic & Trauma products, competitive product and current market; participate in continuing education programs
Provide high quality ?on call? service to existing customers
Provide ?in service? training and other customer education in support of new product launches, and in an effort to increase clinical knowledge of Orthopedic & Trauma products/programs
Work with surgeons and clinical professionals to sell a complete line of high quality, state-of-the-art Orthopedic & Trauma products.
Demonstrate biomechanical aptitude, with previous exposure to professional orthopedic or clinical work environment preferred
