General Info
Provides all aspects of care for cardiovascular patients in the pre op, intra, and recovery care setting. Must be skilled in EKG interpretation, hemodynamic monitoring and able to manage the potential risks associated with procedural care. Follows established standards and procedures. Demonstrates proficiency in utilizing EMR, Xper Flex monitoring system and operates all equipment safely and correctly. Candidate must exhibit a teamwork mentality, ability to work in a fast paced environment taking direction with ease. Detail oriented with knowledge of cardiac disease process, procedures, tests and of and ability to achieve conscious sedation certification. Upon demonstrated mastery and success in the role, potential to train in procedures will be available.
Requirements
- Must have a current AK RN License
- Must have ACLS / BLS
- Must have at least 2 years Cath Lab Experience
- Must have recent Cath Lab Experience (within the last 2 years)
