RESPONSIBILITIES OF POSITION:
Responsible for face to face sales calls promoting and profitably selling products and services to existing and potential customers
Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of SupplyOne?s services and pricing structure
Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business
Determine customer needs and propose appropriate service needs
Meet or exceed the new business sales goals
Participate in weekly Sales meetings to review weekly sales activities, progress on goals, and status of prospective customers.
Stay current on existing and emerging product and technologies. Utilizes SupplyOne?s own experts whenever possible.
Introduces new products/ equipment to customers
Follows up on all generated quotations to assure that the customer is being serviced and to document the outcome of the proposed solution.
Maintain ethical, cooperative internal and external relationships consistent with SupplyOne Wisconsin?s Mission statement
Attend corporate training classes to develop superior product knowledge to handle customer applications
Executes sales efforts in an ethical and professional manner, assuring a favorable impression of self and the company.
Respond swiftly, thoroughly and effectively to customer crises to assure satisfactory resolution
Maintain professional working image in self and work environment including vehicle.
Communicate with customer on items in warehouse and proactively keeps inventory moving.
Ability to maintain a valid driver?s license to transport self and others to a customer?s location
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Possess a positive attitude which promotes a high level of initiative, energy and enthusiasm
Ability to maintain tact and composure even when faced with difficult circumstances or situations
Ability to coordinate projects that have significant impact on the organization and require cooperation by several departments for completion
Ability to effectively deal with change and the unknown; adaptable and flexible
Must be organized with good time management skills
Possess proven analytical/problem solving solutions for the customer and the company
Possess strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
Self-motivated and work independently to meet or exceed goals
Must have reliable transportation
Additional skills may be required to perform additional task(s)
QUALIFICATIONS:
Legally eligible to work in the United States.
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor?s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field preferred.
Good Driving record a must
Strong business acumen, leadership skills, conceptual and analytical skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills are required
Previous Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in sales preferably in the Packaging Industry
