Not to mention the renewed life of the customers? existing furniture, saving it from the landfill! **The Sales Assistant will be focused & committed to listening as well as understanding the needs of our clients. We need a driven individual to launch sales campaigns, compile quotes and contracts that will be custom fit for our clients within our unique market Role Responsibilities: **

Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout the Refinishing Touch?s Before & After product, promotional materials, & tradeshows.
Gather & analyze customer insight.

Responsible for working closely with owner to drive sales, ROI, & brand awareness.
Take calculated risks based on data driven analytics.
Generate content for customer-facing events (tradeshows, conferences, etc.) to enhance our presence, relevancy and interaction with customers and prospects.
Word processing, creating spreadsheets, filing and data entry.
Qualifications**
Must enjoy working with people, in person or over the phone.
Leads and directs the work of other and must have a wide degree of creativity and latitude in this role.
Ability to establish and maintain relationships with consumer groups, internal business leaders as well as develop and manage a team of professionals.
Strong project management skills - ability to work with cross functional teams to lead key strategic projects.
Editorial experience in a variety of formats including: videos, blogs, newsletters, social media, web, mobile, and print applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.
Strong creative, strategic, analytical, and organizational skills.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills with the ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice of The Refinishing Touch.
Must be proficient in MS Office and Excel.
Background in managing and implementation of CRM database important.
