Titan Home Security, a Vector Security authorized dealer, serving residential and small business customers. We provide industry-leading home security systems as well as the latest technologies in home automation and energy management. Due to expansion we are seeking a Market Manager in Nashville.

Responsibilities:
Hire, train and motivate a local sales team
Lead from the front until the team is well established
Meet market sales quotas in a fast-paced sales environment
Consult with future customers to recommend and sell Vector Security / services
Work independently in the field running company provided sales leads
Qualifications:
Experience in sales, documented. We are looking for those whom have had or got close to a six-figure income and would like to take it to the next level
Ability to hire, train and motivate effectively. Delivery is very important. Winning coach; winning team.
Highly effective communication skills
Organizational skills and effective time management
Strong ability to influence others
Energetic and outgoing positive personality
Ability to work afternoon and evenings, occasional Saturdays
Reliable transportation
IF SELECTED: You will be trained for 4 weeks at our office in Nashville. Housing will be provided for you.
Compensation / Benefits Overview: Average 1st year is 125k
Weekly pay! We do not hold your commissions. You sell it; we pay it!
