Accountant - A/P & A/R Job Opening in Honolulu, Hawaii - D* *uties:
Maintain responsibility for the agency bill functions of the Accounting Department. Responsible for processing, posting, reconciling, researching, resolving, and verifying agency billed premium receipt and disbursement transactions, and recording financial data for use in maintaining the accounting records. Provide training and assistance to others and recommend improvements to the department for better efficiency, accuracy and customer service.

Requires Associate?s Degree in Accounting or Business, with 5 years accounting work experience in receivables, payables, and account reconciliations. Must be detail oriented, possess strong analytical and organizational skills, and able to manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines. Knowledge of Sagitta a plus. Prior insurance agency accounting and operations experience helpful. Previous management or supervisory experience a plus.
