The Operations Manager will be responsible for the overall performance of the Operations Department; maintaining a high level of achievement and quality in key areas such as; owner satisfaction and retention, accounting processes, general administration, oversight of department personnel, development, revision, and implementation of policies, procedures, and on-line systems.
