We are seeking a Sports Advertising Sales Representative to join our team in Southern California. As a sports ad sales rep, your focus will be on selling advertising onto high school athletic websites for our High School partners. Your customers are local and regional advertisers. Your leads will come from a combination of school referrals, cold calls, and online prospecting efforts.
Desired Skills and Experience
Outside sales experience preferred- digital, media, sponsorship, or local advertising sales background a plus.
Self starter, with the personality and drive to establish and grow revenue through cold calling potential new business (on the phone and in person), as well as servicing existing accounts.
Proven ability to conduct sales presentations, negotiate, overcome objections, close sales, and meet established quotas.
As these are work-from-home position, the media consultant must be self-motivated and proactive, with a high level of drive, energy and persistence.
