We have an outstanding opportunity for an Customer Service Representative based in Honolulu, HI.
The Responsibilities Include:
Answers all phone calls on and handles will call orders
Learns all product ? use and application
Order creation
Verify Job Name and PO information
Verify shipping address and correct sales tax
Collect on all CODs
Monitor and create orders for back ordered product when receive
Ensure all orders get to Accounting Clerk for invoicing * Write quotes for outside sales
Follow-up with sales monthly to determine active status
Create and review weekly quote report with Manager * When order is placed from a quote
Set up jobs in customer account and input quoted prices
Informs Purchasing of amount of product needed and timing of job * Maintain customer PO files for job tracking - i.e. how much material is still needed on master POs, close POs when all material has been delivered, etc.
Responsible for keeping Customer Service area clean, neat and organized.
Monitor and re-order showroom samples and literature as needed
Ensure updated MSDS on file for all products in warehouse, update as needed
Collect and maintain files of all Vehicle Maintenance sheets from drivers
Schedules repairs as needed after management approval
Warehouse
Responsible for the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse
Pull delivery orders for next day, stage for loading and record lot numbers on orders
Re-route trucks as needed and get drivers organized and out each morning
Accept deliveries and pickups, verify accurate to Purchase Orders, sign and document date received, record lot numbers, give PO and packing slips to Manager
Put product away in designated spot in warehouse and mark pallets with date received
Perform cycle counts weekly and inform Manager of inaccuracies for adjustment
Ensures all health and safety requirements are met
Conducts and documents safety meetings every 6 months (minimum)
Back up driver as needed for sick leave/vacation
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
High School Diploma
Experience with Microsoft Office required and ACCtivate inventory software preferred
Detail oriented
Ability to lift 70lbs repeatedly
Experience with forklift - certification preferred
