Multi-site manufacturer is seeking a Senior Revenue Assurance Analyst for its Odessa, Texas location. The incumbent will report directly to the Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis with a dotted line to the Corporate Controller.
Responsibilities:
Monthly accounting for revenue, A/R, deferred revenue (bill & hold), sales bonus & commissions and customer credit.
Freight management to include order cost and supplier accruals.
Lead annual revenue planning process.
Monthly management reporting including standard margin bridge by market and product mix.
Develop unitized sales forecast and confirm accuracy of pricing and volumes; work with Business Area Managers & Sales.
Maintain customer and segment profitability.
Lead monthly sales planning session.
Assist with development and tracking of sales bonus and compensation plans.
Assist with development and maintenance of quoting tools.
Requirements:
Bachelor?s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related.
5+ years of Sales/Revenue analysis experience in a manufacturing environment.
Direct experience developing budgets and forecasts.
Direct experience developing and maintaining pricing tools.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, primarily Excel.
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Experience with ERP systems.
