Finance Manager Job Opening in Rochester, New hampshire - Dover Flexo Electronics Inc. (DFE) manufactures, sells and services a complete line of tension measurement, tension display and tension control products for a wide variety of industries worldwide. DFE, located in Rochester, NH is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to assist in managing our day-to-day accounting, finance and human resourse requirements. Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills, and accuracy are important qualifications for this position, as well as good customer relations and communication. The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled multi-tasker, reliable and a team player.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):
Reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts,
Posting cash receipts and making collection calls,
Processing accounts payable
Processing weekly and monthly payroll Â
Filing all necessary weekly, monthly and quarterly payroll tax filings
Cash management of multiple accounts and including bank deposits and transfers
Managing all insurance and pension issues
Maintain employee files including new hire and updates to existing employee files
Maintaining employee benefits â?? health savings, time off and other benefits
Supervision of at least one support staff
Special projects.
:
Bachelor degree in Accounting/Business Administration is preferred. Candidates with higher and lesser degrees but relevant work experience will be seriously considered.
Ability to handle a wide range of accounting, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks
2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing company is preferred.
Working knowledge and experience with Sage100 software is strongly preferred.
Candidates must have a professional and confidential nature to handle sensitive company information related to salary and employee benefits.
Experienced with the Word Perfect, Quattro Pro Office suite of products and email preferred.
Candidates must have excellent communication and phone skills.
Experience and comfort interacting with Sales, Engineering, and Production personnel
A habit of being detail oriented, thorough, and timely with work completion is a must.
