Accounting Clerk Job Opening in Milford, New hampshire - Accounting Clerk ? Under the direction of the Accounting Manager
Process vendor invoices insuring that each invoice is an accurate reflection of Marmon Utility financial obligation to the vendor in terms of quantity and cost of all materials actually received.
Update & maintain vendor database and files.
Daily billing for one or more facilities.
Cash application for all facilities.
Essential: Dependability & attention to detail.
This position requires:
Basic knowledge of accounts payable accounting principles
Good communication skills
Some investigative, analytical and problem-solving skills
Basic mathematical skills
Personal computer skills with Windows environments and spreadsheet software
