Bookkeeper/Office Manager Job Opening in Salem, New hampshire - New England Adjustment Bureau Inc is searching for a new bookkeeper/office manager to perform accounting and payroll functions for a growing company. In this role, the candidate will work both independently and with the management team to ensure smooth operation of all office and bookkeeping functions. Job skills desired include proficiency in payroll, Microsoft Excel and Word, and accounting software (Quickbooks preferred). Candidate with an accounting degree or working toward a degree is required. Salary commensurate with skills and experience.
Duties Include;
Weekly completion of payroll.
Annual payroll reconciliations.
Accounts payable for multiple vendors and subcontractors.
Bank reconcile with weekly reporting
OSHA 300 logs and workman compensation reports
Monthly and yearly accounting reports.
Direction of accounts receivable administrative assistant.
