Community Relations Director Job Opening in Albuquerque, New mexico - Civitas Senior Living specializes in Senior Housing Operations and is seeking an accomplished, passionate Community Relations Director as the company expands into the New Mexico area.
The successful candidate will have sales and marketing experience with start-up and established assisted living/independent living/memory care communities, a passion for serving senior citizens with a commitment to the highest service/care standards, and a proven track record of success.
Responsibilities of the Community Relations Director include business development, marketing outreach, referral source management, sales calls, hosting onsite marketing events, and meeting established business development goals. Strong verbal and interpersonal skills are required. Must be motivated, energetic, compassionate, have a professional appearance, and be a team player.
2 years of proven sales and marketing experience in senior living is required. Competitive base pay plus bonus program, comprehensive benefits package and generous PTO plan offered.
