We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales/Customer Service professional with superior attention to detail and a positive outlook who believes in going the extra mile for our customers.
Responsibilities :
Receive inbound calls/emails and place outbound calls/emails to customers to provide: product information, pricing and availability, tracking information, answers to technical product questions
Proactively upsell and cross sell the manufacturers we represent to our distribution partners
Act quickly to resolve any issues brought to your attention by our customers
Anticipate customer needs and proactively reach out
Collaborate with the outside sales team to provide them with needed information and support while traveling
Manage order processing, returns, and respond to customer inquiries
Qualifications Required :
BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent practical experience
Electrical industry experience strongly preferred
1-2 years of customer service, sales or account management experience
Ability to ?figure things out? and ?get things done? with little to no direction, training, or support
Strong phone presence and ability to establish trusted relationships through phone and email
Ability to communicate effectively with various levels within an organization from entry level to senior management
Desire to implement creative ways to improve customer relationships and promote our manufacturers products
Experience making and receiving dozens of calls and emails per day
Ability to multitask
