Front Desk/ Sales Associate Job Opening in Birmingham, Michigan - Elements Massage Birmingham is looking for a sales minded and driven Front Desk/ Sales Associate. With Elements Massage, our business thrives from the continuous growth of our membership program. As a Front Desk/Sales Associate, you?re the face and voice that promotes our Elements Promise and Wellness Program. You will be directly responsible for building relationships with our clients and membership sales.

Other responsibilities include:
Answering the phone professionally and converting the calls into appointments
Rebooking clients
Accurately scheduling and completing the retail sales process
Selling Gift Cards
Maintaining a clean, inviting studio atmosphere
Qualifications:
Sales experience (2+ year preferred)
Customer service skills in a retail environment
Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Internet Explorer)
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Team oriented, flexibility
