Architectural Designer & Sales Job Opening in Grand Blanc, Michigan - Clark Builders is looking to expand our team. The responsibilities may include but would not be limited to:
Meet with customers and discuss their project needs.
Take detailed measurements of home/project.
Create design of proposed space.
Create estimate of labor and materials.
Create proposal for customer.
Sell project to customer.
Create comprehensive file for production to build project.
Visit project or collaborate with production team on details of project as needed.
Skills:
Friendly and approachable.
Be able to effectively communicate project scope inclusions and exclusions to customer, via written proposal and verbally.
Be able to design space layouts and material selections.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft office suite.
General understanding of the many residential construction trades.
Be able to estimate project cost.
Detail oriented.
Self motivated.
Requirements:
Must have dependable vehicle and valid drivers license.
Be able to travel to customers homes, vendors and job sites as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $30,000.00 to $100,000.00 /year
Required experience:
