Sales Associate - Kapalua Logo Shop Job Opening in Lahaina, Hawaii - We are currently accepting applications for Full-Time Sales Associate positions at our Kapalua Logo Shop location. You will have the opportunity to work in positive, encouraging, team oriented and professional sales environment for Maui Clothing Company. Assist customers, develop and build lasting relationships that will help you achieve personal and team selling and productivity goals. Performs other duties as assigned.
Flexible with Scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Ensures customers have a great shopping experience
Achieves sales goals and key performance indicators
Maintain positive work environment
Consistently follows established cash handling procedures, all company standards, and policies
Works with management on merchandise presentation and stocking
Ability to solve problems, use good judgment and influence
Regular dependable attendance and punctuality
Skill Summary
Prefer a minimum of three (3) years sales and/or customer service experience
Must possess accurate and efficient cash handling skills
Proven record of success in obtaining sales goals
Strong POS working knowledge
Requires little to no supervision to accomplish tasks
High energy, self-motivated and goal driven
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
