Job #1 - RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER - You will be running a restaurant. You will be responsible for running this business and making sure it runs smoothly. Each and every aspect of the way this business runs will be in direct relation to you. Hiring, firing, training, customer service, money handling, accounting. There are goals and bonuses for reaching your goals monthly.
Job #2 - REGIONAL MANAGER - You will be overseeing several restaurants. You will be responsible for all the restaurants that you are overseeing. Making sure that they are meeting all goals. There are goals and bonuses for reaching your goals monthly.
