Product Sales Manager - Performance Mass Air Systems (PMAS) Job Opening in Cleveland, Ohio - We are currently looking to add to our team a full-time Product Sales Manager responsible for aggressively developing new business and maintaining current relationships with business to business and aftermarket clients throughout the United States for our Performance Mass Air Systems (PMAS) product line.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for all phases of the sales process for the Performance Mass Air Systems (PMAS) product line.
Display an appreciation of and passion for performance vehicles and our products.
Drive revenue and provide an outstanding experience for potential, new and existing customers and distributors.
Define and optimize marketing strategies, sales, profitability, consumer insight and communications to increase revenue.
Participate in related trade and automotive shows to promote PMAS and other product lines.
Develop and effectively communicate strategic visions for products and solutions.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a prompt, professional manner.
Provide regular updates and reports detailing outreach efforts with potential partners and customers.
Provide technical support on product selection, and use.
Serve as a product knowledge expert for PMAS products.
Foster and operate in a continuous improvement environment.
Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent experience required
Master?s Degree preferred
Minimum 3 years prior experience focusing on aftermarket sales in the automotive industry
QUALIFICATIONS
Basic knowledge of automotive fuel injection system operation.
Some familiarity with performance engine tuning.
Proven track record of success establishing new business and growing existing accounts.
Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, prioritize and execute work activities.
Must be effective at resolving problems and handling stressful situations in a professional manner.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Must possess excellent persuasion skills.
Must be self-disciplined and team oriented.
Significant travel (local and non-local domestic) may be required.
