Sales Representative - Piano Job Opening in Columbus, Ohio - Looking for exceptional, music-loving candidate who possess the desire, passion, and experience to join our organization selling pianos in our retail showroom in Columbus, Ohio. The right candidate has a passion and love for music and is comfortable speaking and interacting with clients.
Requirements:
Ability to work in a competitive sales environment
Experience in sales, business development and lead generating activities is key
Candidate must have an outgoing and engaging personality to build relationships with clients on many different levels
An ability to play beginner piano is useful, but not required as our clients sometimes seek guidance and recommendations during piano selections
An education in Communications, Marketing or Management Information Systems (IMS) is preferred
Familiarity with graphics and video editing such as Adobe Photoshop and Premiere
Candidate is expected to work independently, be self-motivated and to proactively seek out new work that needs to be done within the company.
Willing to engage with clients outside of a retail setting for various tasks including training, piano location assessment, maintenance etc.
Able to perform other tasks as required
Responsibilities
Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction by assessing customers? needs and providing assistance and information on the store floor as well as on the phones.
Excellent time management
Desire to keep learning and a high acceptance of constructive criticism
High efficiency in multi-tasking
Handling all aspects of a sales transaction including negotiation and documentation.
