Outside Sales Executive Job Opening in El Paso, Texas - We are a progressive marketing and technology company in El Paso Texas, Pael Digital Marketing. We are looking for incredible people to take the role of outside sales. We want people that can hit the ground running with experience in business development, digital marketing, mobile, B2B sales. Minimum of 2 years experience in this arena. We are looking for people that are self motivated, professional, and are passionate about helping businesses grow. Business acumen is a must. The position is performance based that leads to full-time employment with benefits (Base + commission).

The position requires to maintain strong relationships with our clients and provide the highest level of customer service.
Drive sales through targeted customer base, inbound leads, and referred business
Assist in growing business from existing / maintaining relationships, existing clients or past prospects
Qualify and closing prospective clients that fit our company focus
Devise and execute sales / digital strategies to win target clients
Accurately recording information, details of correspondence and sales activities in our CRM system
Manage all aspects of building and maintaining client relationship / sales pipeline / funnel
Serve as the Clients' advocate within our organization to ensure our commitments are delivered on time and are in line with expectations
Collaborate with internal to manage all phases of client engagement including account planning, organic and local SEO, paid media, website development, and other digital marketing strategies.
Develop, present & discuss client?s digital strategy / campaigns ideas / digital campaign performance updates
Meet & exceed weekly and monthly sales activity, revenue quotas, sales goals, KPI?s and performance activity
Represent company at industry conferences
Other sales / account management duties as assigned
Qualifications and requirements
2+ years of solid work experience in digital marketing consulting with experience in an sales / account management function
Agency experience preferred
Experience making outbound calls per day
Self- motivated, disciplined and thrive in an independent work environment
Desire a chance to grow with a fast growing digital marketing company
Love selling and solving client problems and challenges
Excellent skill in capturing discussions, requirements and action items in meetings.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to handle clients by phone, emails, chat, live chat and desktop ticketing systems
Fast learner & passionate about keeping up with the latest digital marketing and technology trends
Possesses the ability to multi-task effectively
Strong knowledge of
SEO/Paid Search Fundamentals and Principles
