Commission Only-Sales Rep
General Summary:
Reports to Account Manager
The Sales Representative will be the face of GAMA Wholesale and Distribution Center. As a Sales Rep at GAMA, you will have a significant impact on the growth of our business through new customer acquisition, interaction with our leadership team and increasing the sales volume from our current members/customers. Sales Representative will visit customers? stores and pin point the issues they are having at the time. Retain customers and ensure that customers are satisfied with GAMA wholesale.
Primary Responsibility:
Under general supervision, this position is responsible for visiting all the accounts given for that day and assisting customers with their product needs. Sales Rep is primarily responsible to grow outside sales for GAMA by providing an exemplary customer experience, asking the customer questions to determine their needs and engaging the customer with their product knowledge, suggestive selling items for the customer?s immediate needs and recommending additional items and/or services that will complement the customers location.
Essential Functions:
Engage the customer through conversation. Determine the customer?s needs.
Hit predetermined sales targets on a weekly/Monthly basis.
Provide product knowledge to customers through the features, values and benefits of each product.
Suggestively sell additional items and services that the customer may not have anticipated they will need.
Actively participate in all programs and procedures that drive sales.
Be aware of current promotional items and the correct pricing.
Participate in new store openings.
Retain customer for GAMA wholesale.
Open new accounts for GAMA wholesale.
Any other duties that pertain to sales and the department.
Learn and develop new, creative sales techniques and strategies.

Performs other duties as assigned or requested per GM.
Requirements:
Professional, sales driven individual.
1 year sales experience.
Valid driver?s license.
Extraordinary communication skills, both written and oral.
Proficient in assessing customer needs.
Must be able to work independently with little supervision.
Ability to work autonomously while maintaining focus and collaborative work ethic.
Must be able to make decisions with high level of confidence.
