Entry Level Inside Sales Job Opening in Chicago, Illinois - We are seeking an Entry Level - Inside Sales Representative to join our team highly motivated and energetic individuals with strong sales and negotiation skills to introduce and cross-sell products and services over the phone. This position will be responsible for generating new business revenue with the qualified leads provided by the company.
What you will be doing:
Calling prospective customers and selling multiple products/services;
Deliver on daily and monthly goals;
Maintain a prospect database;
Leverage problem-solving skills to respond and follow up on inquiries by email and phone;
Maintain existing and develop new customers through individual account support;
Attend training to develop knowledge and skills;
No cold calling! We provide leads to our sales team every day!
What you will be doing:
1-3 years of prior inside sales experience;
Ability to use MS Excel and Word, the Internet and email;
Exceptional presentation, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills;
Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities;
Ability to quickly grasp complex technical and business concepts and express them in clear language;
Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently as well as part of a team.
