Requirements:
Several years experience as a controller or assistant controller
Significant experience within the commercial construction industry
Stable, dependable and honest
Advanced knowledge of accounting software programs
Strong negotiation skills
Inventory management
Duties
Cost accounting
All payroll and HR functions
All accounting functions with emphasis on AR
All government reporting and regulations
Banking relationships
All financial reporting
Inventory control
