Manager/Bookkeeper Job Opening in Miami Beach, Florida - Fast growing Executive Office company looking for an individual with experience at management and accounting. This individual should have extensive knowledge using QuickBooks.
Requirements:
MUST be Bilingual (Spanish/English)
QuickBooks experience
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Supervisory experience
Hard working, fast learner and multitask
Good communication skills
Knowledge of leases and contracts is a plus
Activities include but not limited to: - Day to Day bookkeeping - Communication with CPA - Bank Reconciliation - Administration of Office Responsibilities - Responsible for Payables and Receivables - Working directly with the Principal and Management
