Tax Accounting Assistant Job Opening in Groton, Connecticut - Tax Assistant
Contract
Part-Time
Our client needs a tax professional to assist in the following areas:
1) Revision of Tax Department processes including:
Sales and Use tax process
Property tax process
State Income tax process
International tax planning and compliance process
2) Assist with quarterly tax provision preparation and tax cash forecasting
3) Assist with preparation of Federal and State tax returns, including analysis of "what if" scenarios
Qualifications:
Candidate should have the following background:
B/S in Accounting/Finance
10+ years of corporate tax experience
Master's degree in Tax or CPA preferred
