Job Description The Outside Sales Agent is a position for an aggressive sales personality and someone who has the ability to sign business on the first visit. Our outside sales compensation package includes upfront commissions (up to $1000 per sale), residuals, monthly bonuses, and various other incentives. Our agents can see first year income of over $100,000 while increasing their long term wealth by simultaneously building a strong residual income. This is a commission position with unlimited income potential. You will be meeting with business owners face to face and doing presentations of our products. You must have reliable transportation and a laptop to be accepted for the position. We provide our agents: 3-5 preset qualified sales appointments every day � Time is money and we put our money where our mouth is by investing in our in-house call center to get you the best leads in the industry. Paid Training 5 day in-person training program � Although the position is a commission only position we do understand the need to start earning income from day one. We provide a $500 training bonus to all reps that complete our 5 day in-field training and run their first full weeks of appointments. We have developed a time tested sales training program giving you all the tools and resources you need to maximize your earning potential at every sales appointment. Aggressive compensation Package Residual income � We pay you what you are worth by compensating you on ever revenue stream that is generated. Earn up to $1000.00 per deal at closing plus a residual stream of ongoing monthly income. Agents have built up $2000 per month in residuals after one year. Add this to our jump start program where you can earn an additional $2000 in your first 30days and you can�t lose. Average reps earn $1000 per week and top performers are making $3000 per week. Job requirements: Although success as an outside sales agent does not require a specific background we do require that you possess the drive and motivation to succeed.
