App2Food is looking for a self-driven, technology forward, sales professional that considers themselves to be a consultant and not the average sales person. The candidate who would best fit our company culture will effectively communicate App2Food's products (Mobile Apps & Online Ordering) which seamlessly integrate into a restaurant's dining menu streamlining ordering in today?s digital world.
Most of our customers are already in search of a digital ordering solution. We are looking for someone who can handle multiple appointments and closes per week, attached to uncapped commissions. Our team is closing on the first appointment.
You?ll work in a team environment managed by our Sales Director and VP of Sales. We will provide the tools and ongoing training you'll need to excel in your position.
This position is offering tremendous growth potential as we are looking to fill fast-track positions to Regional Account Managers and Corporate Account Executives.
The restaurant industry is fast paced, numbers savvy and ever evolving. In order to rise to the top you will face abundant rejection, long days and every manner of busy and rude customer. Only those with grit, determination and persistence last more than a few shorts months. This is not your typical 'just play the numbers and enjoy yourself' sales job in either execution or rewards. We do not want to waste your time or ours.
Sales Responsibilities and Duties:
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid conversations to prospective customers
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Analyze the territory/market?s potential, track sales and status reports
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Keep abreast of best practices and industry trends
Conducting follow up phone calls for customer satisfaction & referrals
Attend team building activities and trainings
Up-sell clients capabilities
Sales Qualification and Skills:
Self-motivated, balanced energy and solution oriented
Able to define, identify and qualify sales opportunities
Passionate about presenting solutions that positively impact a customers business
Effectively educate customers on company's product and provide a pathway to the sale
Eagerness to play critical role in company's tech culture and vision
Tech savvy and currently leverages Mobile Apps in their daily life
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Has 2+ years of previous B2B experience (Food Tech experience, major plus!)
Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships

Paid Training + 100% Commission + Bonuses
Earning Potential $45k - $95k
(Avg Salary: $60k annually + Bonus)
