Accounting Clerk Job Opening in Boston, Massachusetts - Reporting the Finance Manager, the Accounting Clerk will provide accounting and administrative assistance to the Operations department.
Essential Functions:
Accounting Support Functions
Enter accounts payable invoices and process for payment.
Review and Process Employee reimbursement request
Reconcile monthly Amex Bill
Process Credit Card Payments
Create invoices and post payments for accounts receivable.
Assist in reconciling month-end reconciliations as needed.
Administrative Supportive Functions
Order and distribute office supplies.
Coordinate service and repairs of office machinery.
Distribute mail.
Off-site errands as needed
Accurate and timely filing of documents.
Other duties, as assigned by the Finance Manager or CFO/Director of Operations.
Minimum Requirements :
Associates degree in accounting, business or a related field or relevant experience.
Highly organized and detail oriented
Strong computer skills are essential
Abilities Required :
The position requires the ability to sit at a workstation for extended periods and climb stairs.
Employee may travel to Wediko's New Hampshire Campus on rare occasions.
