Medical Front Office Assistant Job Opening in Cumberland, Maryland - Regional Eye Associates, Inc. is seeking multiple full-time, Patient Services Representatives to work in our Cumberland, MD office. This is a front desk, patient services position. Excellent customer service skills required. We would prefer someone with a healthcare or medical background. The successful candidate will be working directly with patients as they arrive and leave the clinic. A basic knowledge of insurance coding (we will train!) is preferred. Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful, environment is essential! Must be able to multi-task. Computer skills and excellent phone etiquette are essential to the position. We are willing to train the right person, but would prefer a candidate with some medical front office experience. There may be occasional local travel required (we pay for travel time and mileage reimbursement), so reliable transportation is a must. Full benefits, PTO, holidays, 401k, etc.
