Data Management Specialist - Dynamics 365 Job Opening in Little Rock, Arkansas - GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF TEMPORARY POSITION
Will support management of large Non Profit organization's data system. The primary responsibility of the position will be data cleaning of bulk datasets exported from a previously used database as well as the migration into Dynamics 365.
Objectives: The purpose of this consultancy is to organize, clean, format and import datasets within a determined time frame with 100% accuracy in order to guarantee data integrity.
Temp Activities: The person in this position will work with the Data Analytics Manager and the Performance Excellence Team to perform the following activities:
1. CaseWorthy Data Cleaning :
'clean' remainder bulk data from CaseWorthy
Objective: Detecting and correcting (or removing) corrupt or inaccurate records from a record set, table, or database and refers to identifying incomplete, incorrect, inaccurate or irrelevant parts of the data and then replacing, modifying, or deleting the incorrect data.
Activities:
A. Cleaning the data: Correcting or Removing any typographical errors.
B. Strict Data Validation: Correcting values against the list of entities provided from CaseWorthy. (such as rejecting any address that does not have a valid postal code)
C. Data Harmonization: Collecting data from various sources and bringing it closer to a set standard
D. Data Standardization: Bringing all collected data closer to a standard format. From this format (approved Templates exported from Dynamics 365) the data will be ready for final preparation.
2. Dynamics Data Information Management
Prepare Dynamics 365 for new import data. Information will be added to Dynamics 365 in an effort to migrate the most relevant information from CaseWorthy, to Dynamics 365.
Activities:
A. Import Formatting : New data is to be formatted per information given by management.
B. Duplicate Data Management : Duplicate detection rules will be set to handle incoming Data.
C. Data Enhancement: Data will be 'enhanced' by adding accurate and relevant information to bring each record as close to completion as possible.
D. Data Validation : Data Enhancements and Duplicate Detection rules will be reviewed and verified by management.
3. Dynamics Data Import
Prepare all collected data for accurate import into Dynamics 365. These collected works will have been prepared for use with the system using approved methods and standards.
Objective: Prepare for accurate import into Dynamics 365.
Activities:
A. Migrate 'Clean' Data : Previously prepared Data will be moved to approved spreadsheets for use in Dynamics 365.
B. Data Validation : Prepared Templates will be approved by a management for Final validation.
C. Clean Data Impor t: Data will then be uploaded into the System for immediate use by organization
D. Review and Final Validation: The uploads will be monitored and errors will be logged and corrected.
SOFTWARE SKILLS REQUIRED
Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office/Windows services (Access, SharePoint, OneNote, OneDrive for Business, Azure) Familiarity data management best practices.
PREFERRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Priority consideration will be given to the candidate with programming skills in at least one of the following: SAS, R, Python, and SQL.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Knowledge of a specialized field (however acquired), such as basic accounting, computer, etc. Equivalent of four years in high school, plus night, trade extension, or correspondence school specialized training, equal to two years of college, plus 3 years related experience and/or training, and 2 years related management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in the use of Excel, CSV, and BAK formats.
MENTAL DEMAND
Moderate mental demand. Operations requiring almost continuous attention, but work is sufficiently repetitive that a habit cycle is formed; operations requiring intermittent directed thinking to determine or select materials, equipment or operations where variable sequences may be selected by the employee.

Salary: $16.00 to $22.00 /hour
