Order Processor Job Opening in Elkridge, Maryland - Classic Photography & Imaging, , a growing and competitive youth sports, dance school and school photography company is looking for part time seasonal staff 20 to 30 hours a week for our upcoming Fall School and Sports season. We are based in Elkridge, MD with many school, sport, dance and corporate clients in MD, VA, PA and the DC area. We provide training in our various workflows and our work order process. Great position for a hard working, positive person looking to have extra income for the Holidays. Our season runs from September to November .
The role of the ? Envelope Opener ? or Work Order Processor includes the following:
Complete and Opening Sheet
Verifying contact information, name of Sport League or School name
Verifying student or athlete?s first and last name
Verifying parents mailing address including zip code
Fill out any missing information on envelopes
Verifying that envelope total is accrued
Make copies of envelope offer as needed due to special items ordered by customer
Run credit card online as needed. (No experience necessary) We will train you
Count all paid envelopes
Complete a summary of work orders opened for the day.
Add and confirm complementary and volunteers orders (Copy envelope for accounting)
Verify totals with supervisor (We will train you)
Job Requirements
Positive attitude, customer service oriented
Reliable, able to learn new processes during the season
Adjust to change and ask question when not sure of a process
Ability to work with some supervision
A Team Player
No experience necessary
