Office Manager Job Opening in Logan, Utah - Nexeo HR is currently seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee an office in an industrial setting. Candidate must be self-determined and have a proactive attitude. Candidate will oversee of all office duties including but not limited to AP/AR, dispatching, scheduling, equipment checkouts, handle incoming/outgoing mail-invoices, a sure compliance for other employees, tax payments, ORS paperwork and verification, interact with customers and employees, and run errands as needed. Previous office experience is required and must be a quick learner. Candidate must be proficient in Quick-books and Excel. This is a full-time position, with a M-F 8-5 schedule. Pay is $14-$18/hr. DOE.
Responsibilities:
Manage office entirely, upkeep filing/data, and organize space
Oversee all transactions by employees and customers
Process payroll, AP/AR, oversee timecards, taxes and ORS paperwork
Answer phones, take messages, oversee scheduling in all departments and interact with customer and clients.
Dispatch vehicles, employees, and provide information as needed
Run office errands and other duties as assigned/required
Requirements:
Must have previous office experience with a background in accounting or another related field.
Must be proficient in Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and QuickBooks
Must have great communication skills both verbal and written
Must be deadline and goal oriented
Must be able to type a min. of 50 WPM accurately, and be knowledgeable in office equipment
Must be self-determined, a quick learner, and be proactive to accomplish work
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $14.00 to $18.00 /hour
Required experience:
Office Management: 3 years
Bookkeeping: 1 year
