Is willing to achieve and improve by exceeding targeted purchasing standards and goals, managing inventory levels and targets, and managing supply and demand within the product supply chain.
What you'll do for the Clinical Service Bureau
Assist with purchasing goods for the Utah Department of Corrections. .
Ensure appropriate use of state funds, division policies, and state finance purchasing procedures..
Use automated accounting and/or financial computer systems.
Invoice analysis.
Obtains, documents, and tabulates quotes on items covered by existing contracts.
Maintains and creates files or record keeping systems.
Plans, prepares and coordinates shipment/delivery of supplies, equipment, furniture or related materials.
Assisting the Pharmacist in the day-to-day operation of the pharmacy
What you need to succeed
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and teamwork skills.
Strong focus on details and quality.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills in a medical environment.
Maintain inventory, track receipt, sending, and delivery of materials.
Demonstrated experience with process improvements.
Outstanding customer service skills.
Experience within a purchasing role and / or with receiving, inventory management, or assist management.
Experience and knowledge in the medical filed (Preferred).
Experience with medical supplies (Preferred).
