Security Field Supervisor Job Opening in Bellingham, Washington - Field Supervisors manage staff while the division manager is off duty. Field Supervisors travel throughout sites Whatcom and/or Skagit County to conduct random inspections, perform on the job training, and execute other important tasks. Previous experience in the security industry is preferred. Licensed security officers are highly encouraged to apply.

Essential Job Duties:
Commute to Everett for vehicle and gear pick up
Conduct on-site quality assurance inspections as directed
Review daily activity and incident reports for accuracy and completeness
Inspect and report inaccuracies in Post Orders
Handle call offs and scheduling issues as they arise
Monitor security officers and discipline as needed
Perform on-site job training as needed
Respond to additional requests for assistance from clients as required
Able to use computer to successfully complete assigned duties
Minimum Requirements:
25+ years of age and legally entitled to work in the U.S.
Approved driving record and valid driver's license
Minimum 1+ year(s) of security related experience
Pass a criminal background check
Professionally interact with co-workers, supervisors, clients and the public and exhibit excellent customer service skills
Effectively read, speak, and write in English
Available evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
