We are currently hiring for the position of Care selected individual will be responsible for the delivery of services to their assigned clients.
The keys to success will be (1) to understand the care recipient's expectations and care needs, and (2) to ensure that their caregivers successfully meet those needs.
The Care Manager is ultimately responsible for the satisfaction of their clients through the success of their caregivers. Additional responsibilities will include handling, and ultimately reducing, complaints from clients and caregivers as well as promoting agency goals and objectives.
Full Time/Part Time/Hours-
This is a full time, salaried exempt position which may require the Care Manager to work early mornings, late evenings, and occasional weekends in order to meet their goals and objectives. Compensation depends on experience. Benefits include IRA Match, health benefits, and PTO.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities-
Meet with clients
Meet with caregivers
Perform administrative responsibilities
Promote a positive working environment
Participate in the hiring process
Coach and discipline caregivers as necessary
