Inside Sales Supervisor Job Opening in Hartford, Connecticut - Sales Supervisor ? Inside Sales
As a Supervisor on our Inside Sales team, you?ll motivate, mentor and lead a team of 10-12 representatives to help them meet quota and smash sales goals. You?ll play an important role in the career development of your team and the achievement of overall revenue goals by providing one-on-one coaching sessions and celebrating the daily successes of your reps. You?ll also be instrumental in the selection, onboarding, and training of new sales representatives.
What are the Primary Job Functions of the Sales Supervisor?
Lead a team of 10-12 representatives on our inside sales floor and maintain responsibility for their performance and sales development
Provide one-on-one coaching sessions and mentorship to your sales team to help them develop their skills and careers with Foley
Work with other supervisors and senior leaders to achieve common company goals
Participate in the hiring, onboarding and training of new representatives
Stay up to date with relevant product, regulatory and industry knowledge
What You Need to Be Successful?
3-5 years of sales experience, as well as 2-3 years in a sales leadership role
An energetic ?can do? personality
Strong analytical skills, as well as an ability to find your way around software applications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A strong drive towards continuous improvement
A demonstrated aptitude to learn and teach others
Bachelor?s degree preferred
