We are a community-focused company which provides a yearly publication in all of our markets that help businesses connect with more customers and help schools and other non-profit groups have successful fundraisers year after year. Our ultimate goal is to become the only fundraising vehicle schools and other groups want to use to meet their yearly fundraising goals! This goal can only be reached by hiring representatives in each market that have good knowledge of the community where they live, a ?go-getter? attitude and genuinely enjoy helping businesses and groups meet their goals.
Requirements:
. Ability to sell pay for performance advertising to local restaurants and regional businesses
. Ability to take over, maintain and improve current fundraising accounts through excellent customer service
. Ability to use all resources available to ?get? the appointment with group prospects, listen closely to their needs, address their needs with the appropriate solution and close the sale
. Ability to present to groups as needed including school assemblies and teacher meetings
. Ability to maintain accurate records and update in company CRM daily
. Ability to follow company proven process
. Ability to ?work smart?
. College degree preferred
. Previous sales/customer service experience preferred
. Fundraising, PTA, Community Service experience a big plus
