Position Summary:
We are looking for an energetic, organized project manager to support our Sales Team. The Sales Project Manager will report to the VP of Sales and will contribute to the day-today operations of the business to support short and long-term sales goals. The Project Manager will manage every aspect of customer programs. They will work cross functionally with internal teams to ensure all project milestones are met within the proper timelines. He/she will continually assess risk and ensure that individual contributors are accountable for deadlines and deliverables.
Responsibilities:
Primary liaison between sales, product development, operations, and quality assurance to help effectively execute customer programs
Maintain a thorough knowledge of all customer projects and timelines
Monitors a timeline containing specific tasks to be completed, including milestones, or critical steps in the process that must be met for the project to proceed
Coordinating and leading weekly project/product cross functional status meetings for each project/product
Assist with planning and driving the launch of new products and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan
Complete program/product management sheets to start the item setup process
Follow up with all teams to confirm completion of item setup process internally and externally
Work with product development to validate program samples are ordered and received in full for customer meetings, photography, etc.
Work with photographer to validate program photography is completed.
Work with the e-commerce team to validate product descriptions are completed
Upon completion of the project, monitor results to ensure that objectives are successfully met
Plan and potentially attend trade shows
Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience preferably within the consumer goods industry
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word
Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Results and metric driven
Possesses analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to effectively apply project management principle
Able to manage multiple priorities or projects
Excellent conflict management and negotiation skills
A team player that?s committed to company values. A willingness and ability to get it done
Ability to travel if needed
